Delivery time & shipping costs

We do our utmost to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 days

The prices listed are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

Standard shipping costs NL 3.95 letterbox package with track and trace

Parcel post NL =6.95

Standard shipping costs BE 6.95

Standard shipping costs FR-DE-LU 8.95

Standard Shipping USA €23

Delivery is via the PostNL postman or parcel deliverer. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

As annoying as we find it when delivery by postnl does not go well (which fortunately hardly ever happens) we cannot take responsibility for that. As soon as we have handed the order over to postnl it is out of our hands.

You can expect to receive your order within 1-3 days after shipping!

Belgium and DE_FR_LU

For orders from Belgium and DE_FR_LU, these are shipped with track & trace as standard.

The number of days it takes before you receive your order at home varies per country.

If your package does not arrive, please let us know so we can find a solution.
